About Flame:
St. Louis native FLAME may have grown up soaked in street culture, but today he is a well-versed leader in the Christian hip- hop scene with a growing list of accolades, including a GRAMMY® nomination and multiple Dove and Stellar Award nominations. His 2010 release Captured and 2012’s The 6th, both debuted at #1 on the Billboard Gospel charts, while 2013’s Royal Flush debuted at #11 on Billboard’s Rap Albums chart, reached #3 on iTunes’ Hip-Hop/Rap Top Albums chart and garnered a Dove Award nomination for Rap/Hip-Hop Album of the Year.

He also holds a degree in biblical counseling and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Louisville’s Southern Seminary. His first book, “All In,” which released earlier this year, is a biblically-based guide for living out an unapologetic Christian worldview in every facet of life.

FLAME’s highly anticipated eighth studio recording, Forward, showcases a variety of hip-hop styles from bass heavy to contemplative tracks, highlights of Forward include “1st Freedom,” “Know the Times,” “Positively Eternal,” “Believe That” and “We Gon’ Reign.” The collection also features appearances by Dove-nominated Gospel artist Melinda Watts on “Let It Shine,” and Mike REAL on “Had Me Flexin.’"
